CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 52(RLS) Proposing                           
amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the          
budget reserve fund, which had been held on reconsideration (page              
4499) was before the Senate.                                                   
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.                                                        
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 52(RLS) be returned to the                         
Rules Committee.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
